Multimedia Questions

You can add multimedia to a question.

1. Create a spreadsheet in Excel.

2. Add an image and/or an audio file to the question.

Question: Type the file name if it’s a media file.
No: The question numbers starting from one. The numbers here should be the same for the same question.

3. Add a choice question.

The choice options are the names of the media files.

4. Add another multimedia question.
